The consolidated cases before the Court, TikTok Inc. v. Garland and Firebaugh v. Garland, involve legal challenges to the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (PAFACAA), which requires TikTok to be sold or shut down its app in the United States.
