Bank of America Corp v City of Miami: City of Miami is an Aggrieved Person Under the FHA

In Bank of America Corp v City of Miami, 581 U. S. ____ (2017), the U.S. Supreme Court held that the City of Miami qualifies as an “aggrieved person” under the Fair Housing Act.
